We want you to love every item you purchase from Che Bella Casa. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Free of wear, damage, stains, or odors

  • Packaged in the original box or packaging when possible

Items sent back to us that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective or faulty items

  • Incorrect or wrong items received

  • Quality issues

  • Change of mind (certain exclusions may apply; return shipping may be the buyer’s responsibility)

Please note that custom-made, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customerservice@chebellacasa.net

  2. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label

Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), Che Bella Casa will cover return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If an item is sent back not in its original condition, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange for a different size, style, or replacement, please contact us. Exchanges depend on item availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
